How much is my website going to cost me?

We believe in a simple and up front pricing structure. Obviously, there will always be special circumstances that can affect pricing, but our goal is to use a simple base pricing strategy to make it easier for everyone. We have different base packages to suit the needs of many of our potential clients. Each base package can be added to if more features are desired.

 

Starter Package:

Our simplest package. Great for getting your website online quickly so you can get your name out there fast.

  • Custom built site with color choices specified by you or we can choose colors to compliment your logo.
  • Backend Administration Panel allowing you to login and edit the content anytime you wish. 
  • 1 custom built form to collect information from site visitors (such as a contact form customers can use to email you)
  • Links to other sites (facebook, Twitter, etc... or other websites)
  • Domain Registration (your website address) for 1 year**
  • 1 Email account on your domain***

Advanced Package

  • 1 Social Media Feed displayed on your website. Show your Twitter or Facebook Page feed (does not work with Facebook Groups or Personal Profiles).
  • Domain Registration (your webstie address) for 1 year**
  • 2 Email Accounts on your domain***

Professional Package

This is our Top Package. Great for businesses wanting to sell items online.

$500.00 setup

$11.00/month hosting*

  • 10 pages with photos/text
  • Custom built site with color choices specified by you or we can choose colors to compliment your logo.
  • Backend Administration Panel allowing you to login and edit the content anytime you wish.
  • 2 custom built forms to collect information from site visitors (such as contact form or newsletter signup form)
  • Photo Gallery
  • E-Commerce solution receiving payments via PayPal (other payment gateways are available for additional fees)
  • Links to other sites (facebook, Twitter, etc... or other websites)
  • 2 Social Media Feeds displayed on your website. Show your Twitter, Google, or Facebook Page feed (does not work with Facebook Groups or Personal Profiles)
  • Domain Registation (your website address) for 1 year**
  • 5 Email accounts on your domain***

 

Additional pages can be added to any package at a price of $10.00 per page. 

Additional forms can be added to any package at a price of $10.00 per form.

Non-Profit (501(c)(3) approved) organizations are eligible for a discount on Setup and Hosting fees. (Starter Package $225.00 Setup/$6.00 hosting. Advanced Package $315.00 Setup/$7.50 hosting. Professional Package $440 setup/$9.00 hosting) 

NOTES:

*Hosting fees are to cover the costs of keeping your website files stored on a server so your site can be displayed to site visitors. The fees shown above are billed monthly (the first month is free with new sites and billed period will begin 1 month after the website is launched. Discounts are available for paying annually. Also, clients are free to obtain their own hosting plans elsewhere as long as the hosting meets our requirements (JTL Web Design will not be responsible for any changes that providers of Client Supplied Hosting may make to their system that affects the functionality of the website)

 

**Domain Registration is included for the 1st year. Billing will be Annual for each year after the first year (will be billed 30 days prior to renewal to allow the client to renew). Annual Domain fee is $20.00 per domain. Domains will be registered under JTL Web Design but may be transferred to the client at anytime providing the client's account with JTL Web Design is current (Due to the time it takes the registration companies to process and complete a transfer, as well as billing/cancellation deadlines, the transfer must be initiated at least 6 weeks prior to the domains renewal. Any request for transfer to the client that is submitted within 6 weeks to renewal will be subject to the domain being billed by JTL Web Design as well as it will be too late for us to prevent our registrar from billing us for it even if the transfer was able to complete before the actual renewal date. As with the hosting, Clients are free to provide their own domain registration (even if you do not have your own hosting) but will need to provide us access to the domain's registration account so we can configure the domain to point to the correct hosting servers for your site to display.

 

***Email Accounts. Email accounts can be accessed via all email clients, added to mobile phones, or accessed via a webmail interface (Webmail access for the Starter and Advanced packages will be on the webmail client server at JTL Web Design (http://webmail.jtlwebdesign.com). Webmail access for the professional package will be via a custom webmail server that will include branding for your business (http://webmail.yourdomain.com)). If you provide your own domain registration, no email addresses will be included with the website package as emails are handled by the domain registrar.
